Real strength training for real people.

Coach-led strength in small groups (max 12). Your first class is free.

What we teach

Every class is coach-led, capped at 12 people, and designed so a first-timer and a five-year regular can both leave wrecked in the best way.

  • Strength 45

    45 min

Barbell-focused full-body session. Squats, presses, deadlifts, accessories. Built to make you stronger week over week.

    All levels High intensity
  • HIIT 30

    30 min

Half-hour conditioning β€” kettlebells, sleds, assault bike. Short, fast, brutal in all the right ways.

    Intermediate Maximum intensity
  • Foundations

    60 min

Beginner barbell mechanics. Squat, hinge, press. The class to take before everything else if lifting is new to you.

    Beginner Moderate intensity
  • Mobility & Recovery

    45 min

Loaded stretching, soft-tissue work, breath-led decompression. Restorative without being a nap.

    All levels Low intensity
  • Open Gym

    60 min

Coached open floor for your own program. Bring your training notebook, get hands-on cues, leave better.

    Advanced Moderate intensity
